Hi! I’m Lara Starr! (Yep, that’s my real name lol.) I’ve had a strange life, so it’s hard to know where to begin. I started my adventures in life by spending over 15 years traveling around the world doing volunteer work.

I worked to save marine life such as seals and dolphins, participated in archaeological digs and tours, helped run eco-villages, volunteered at animal rehabilitation centers, served as an anti-poaching scout in South Africa, and much more. I traveled to over 60 countries during that time, getting to know various peoples, histories, and cultures along the way.

The catalyst for my spiritual awakening was an out-of-body experience I had about 13 years ago. While I was away on my travels, I was pulled out of my body by Pleiadian ETs. They explained that I was a Starseed from another planet called Erra. They also explained the true history of Earth to me, which was completely different from what I had been taught at school. It sounded so absurd at first that I began to question my own sanity when I replayed the experience in my mind.

Trying to understand this better, I searched all over the internet for answers. This led me down a series of rabbit holes that completely changed my perspective on reality.

First, I learned about the work of Barbara Marciniak, a medium who was able to channel messages from the Pleiadians. I read her books, and they changed my life. Everything she described was the same as what I had been told during my astral experience. She even mentioned the planet Erra, and when I read that, I started shaking. Her books validated my entire experience and convinced me that I couldn’t possibly have made it all up, especially since I had never even heard of Pleiadians before that night.

I then began digging further and discovered the work of world-renowned hypnotist Dolores Cannon. Her understanding of past lives and higher consciousness also aligned with what my Pleiadian soul guides had told me. Trusting her as another authentic source, I delved deeply into her work. I studied her hypnosis modality and became a hypnotist myself. I also contacted her company seeking employment and was hired as their social media manager. I spent five years building the Dolores Cannon Facebook page to over one million followers, something I am still very proud of.

After a while, people began messaging the Dolores Cannon Facebook page about strange experiences. Some were clients and others were hypnotists. They described how, during hypnosis sessions, clients would sometimes say very disturbing or threatening things. In some cases, the client’s voice would become cold and menacing while under hypnosis, alarming both the hypnotist and the client when reviewing the recording later. Trying to understand this phenomenon led me down the deepest and darkest rabbit hole of my life so far.

This is when I discovered the work of Dr. Terence Palmer, a brilliant British psychologist and hypnotherapist. He discovered that it was not the client’s subconscious mind that was responsible for these disturbing behaviors, but rather earthbound spirits and dark entities attached to the client.

Dr. Palmer also found that true psychosis was relatively rare. In approximately 70% of the cases he studied involving schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other forms of psychosis, the underlying cause was discovered to be spirit possession. In other cases, symptoms were caused by severe psychic attacks from entities that had traumatized the individual.

He was deeply passionate about validating this work and expanded his research by studying the findings of others such as Dr. Edith Fiore, Dr. William Baldwin, and more, all of whom developed protocols for removing earthbound spirits and dark entities.

It’s a long story, but after realizing this was undeniably real through my own personal experiences with dark entities, including seeing reptilians during astral projection experiences, I became a student of this work as well. I now do similar work to Dr. Palmer.

This work is called Spirit Release Therapy, or SRT. It is conducted with a psychic medium and a facilitator. The facilitator acts like a detective, asking questions, guiding the session, and protecting the medium by ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

The medium connects to spirit and serves as a bridge between the physical world and the spirit guides who connect with the client. Through the medium, the guides communicate what they observe.

If they see a dark entity attached, they can remove it. If they see an earthbound spirit, they provide comfort, call forward loved ones, and assist the spirit in crossing over. They can also close portals in homes, clear curses on people or properties, remove astral implants, and resolve many other unusual disturbances.

Fast forward to now, and I have the incredible honor of working with exceptionally talented mediums from all over the world. We work in pairs or teams, depending on the size of the clearing. We can clear prisons, hospitals, and even entire towns as a team.

Our team of soul guides in the astral has grown quite large. We work with discarnate human soul guides, elemental beings, ET and galactic guides, as well as angelic beings and ascended masters who assist us in these clearings.

As a facilitator, and a medium in training, I get to speak directly with spirit guides through the medium. Many of the mediums I work with are trance mediums, meaning they enter a deep state while their soul guides come forward to speak. I spend several hours a day communicating directly with Pleiadians, Arcturians, ascended masters, angelic beings, and others while conducting clearings. I am able to ask them questions about nearly anything.

To help share this knowledge, I host a weekday morning podcast at 10am EST on Facebook and YouTube, where I speak with my community about whatever they wish. I also interview mediums, hypnotists, healers, musicians, shamans, and others from around the world. We discuss a wide range of spiritual subjects and practices openly and honestly.

However, it is the Spirit Release work that I am most proud of. We have helped people around the world find relief from dark voices, nightmares, phantom pain, severe depression, anxiety, and other unexplained suffering. We have also helped tens of thousands of lost souls cross over.

It took me a long time to accept that everything I’ve just shared would sound completely insane to most people.

Thanks to the incredible followers I gained through managing the Dolores Cannon page, hosting weekday podcasts for the past two years, and writing blog posts on various spiritual topics, we have created a beautiful spiritual haven. My online community has been loving, supportive, and inspiring every step of the way.
