In this heart-centered, empowering course, Lara and Ella guide children and teens through the basics of psychic awareness, energetic safety, and personal empowerment.

Created for sensitive young people, it helps them understand their intuitive gifts while feeling safe, grounded, and in control of their energy.

The first hour (ages 3–10) uses playful, age-appropriate tools like visualization, imaginative shielding, and simple techniques to build confidence and a sense of protection in everyday life.

The second hour (ages 10–16) explores deeper topics such as energetic boundaries, recognizing outside influences, emotional awareness, and practical protection skills for school, online spaces, and social settings.
