How Spirit Release Therapy (SRT) Works: Lara and her team of specially trained facilitators work with psychic mediums over Zoom. During the session, the medium enters a meditative trance state and their soul guide comes forward. The facilitator conducting the session provides the soul guide with the client’s name, age or date of birth, and location. The soul guide then locates the client energetically and communicates what they see through the medium.
Using a structured SRT protocol, the facilitator works through a series of questions to identify and remove negative attachments and energetic disturbances. The soul guide reports what has been found and cleared during the session. A detailed report is then prepared outlining everything that was removed, and this is emailed to the client once the clearing has been completed.
All SRT sessions include sovereignty checks and validation from the client’s Higher Self. All sessions and reports are generally completed and emailed within 2–4 weeks following booking. (Surprise is often more effective anyway!) An emergency add-on option is available below for cases that need urgent attention.

The 3 standard questions are:

The SRT Facilitator (or medium) does not control what the client’s own Soul Guides choose to disclose, the level of detail provided, or whether certain questions are answered. Some responses may be highly detailed, while others may be brief, simple, or general in nature depending on the guidance received from the client’s own Guides.
By booking a Detailed SRT Clearing, clients acknowledge that the facilitator and medium have fulfilled their role by conducting the clearing and asking the submitted questions through the SRT process.

This option is suited for those who wish to keep a personal written record of their clearing work and individual progress.

What we hope is that you only need one session! But this may vary depending on the severity of your situation, your life circumstances and how much effort you invest in doing the aftercare advice. Some clients feel a major shift after one session and stick closely to the aftercare advice so they do not require any further clearings. Other people who do not take on board the aftercare advice find themselves re-creating the same problems because they do not make the changes that are needed to create a long lasting difference.

When booking through the AstraLara website the sessions are usually facilitated by Lara Star herself working with a select few mediums. Very occasionally when Lara takes time off a handpicked facilitator will step in for Lara so that the case load doesn’t get too long and cause unduly long waiting times for clients. All facilitators and mediums who work with Lara have been trained and handpicked by Lara and you will receive the same attention and care that you would receive from Lara herself. The name of the facilitator and medium will be on your report.
